U2 have promised fans to perform Epic at Glastonbury Festival

U2 have promised fans to perform a great career an Epic which will present at Glastonbury Festival in this year.

According to the Q magazine that Bassist Adam Clayton told that the band's line to perform on the Pyramid Stage on 24th June, Friday.

Clayton said: "It’s very un-Glastonbury to have a big production but we will be sneaking a few things in through the back gate which will hopefully make this experience a little more like Glastonbury on steroids."

Glasto tickets have sold out with in a two hours

Glastonbury Festival organizers have confirmed that resale tickets have sold out with in a two hours.

Organisers apologised for the heart and soul to those who had failed to secure at the ticket to the festival, which runs from June 24-26 in Somerset.

Organiser Emily Eavis said, "Very sorry to those who waited on phones and online and didn't get a ticket. If we could fit everyone in, we would!"

U2, Beyonce and Coldplay are headline for this year festival. On the bill include further acts are Elbow, Tinie Tempah, Queens Of The Stone Age, Morrissey and DJ Shadow.

Professor Green, Mumford & Sons, Fatboy Slim, Paul Simon and Everything Everything will also perform at the event.

The Chemical Brothers, White Lies, Friendly Fires will be performing on the Other stage with Big Boi, Janelle Monáe and Fools Gold will perform at the West Holts stage.


Glasvegas, Noah and the Whale, and The Horrors will be performing on the John Peel stage while James Blake, Tame Impala, Patrick Wolf and Lee Scratch Perry are some of the acts performing on various other stages on Saturday.


Sunday's line-up joins Pendulum, Plan B, Paul Simon and Laura Marling who will be performing ahead of Beyoncé.
