Glastonbury Festival co-organizer of 1971

Glastonbury Festival co-organizer of 1971 has revealed more to the spirit of the 1971 stage.

Glastonbury Festival this year stage the sound echoing the very first pyramid has been developed.

Andrew Kerr lives in Pilton, on the 1971 festival was the co-organizer alongside Arabella Churchill.

The festival first event takes place at midsummer while second held at Worth Farm.

On the bill include The Edgar Broughton Band, 70s pop-festival stalwarts whose chant of "Out, Demons, Out" echoed across many a festival field.

Tubular Bells creator Mike Oldfield is also performing, along with Steve Hillage, Arthur Brown and Nick Lowe, who played at the 1971 festival with his band Brinsley Schwarz.

Local press in 2011 Glastonbury has speculated on the formation of a new phase, the Spirit of 1971 stage.

U2, Coldplay and Beyonce are already announced to perform in the year summer festival.
