Eventually Glastonbury Festival tickets have sold out

Eventually Glastonbury Festival tickets have sold out.

Tickets on sale at 9am this morning, went back on April 17, and all were sold by 11am. Standard tickets sold within an hour, an hour after a coach and with ticket packages.

Festival organisers said that demand was “incredibly high”. They wrote, "Apologies to those of you who didn't get a ticket. Demand hugely outstripped supply, so unfortunately some people had to miss out."

They added that there was a small chance that another resale would take place: “Last year, there was a v. limited resale in early May following the last date for ticket refunds. Don't yet know if there will be this year.”

Gastonbury Festival headline U2, Coldplay and Beyonce will perform at Pyramid Stage, and further band on the bill include Morrissey, Plan B, Tinie Tempah and Cee Lo Green was confirmed to perform in this summer festival.

The event held at Worthy Farm in Somerset on 24-26 June.

Glastonbury Festival have announce U2, Coldplay and Beyonce

Glastonbury Festival have announce U2, Coldplay and Beyonce are confirmed to perform in this year summer festival event.

On the main Pyramid Stage present U2 after kicked out previous year when Bono injured his back, on this stage include Morrissey, Biffy Clyro, Elbow, Paul Simon, Two Door Cinema Club, Wu Tang Clan, Tinie Tempah, Plan B and Paolo Nutini.

After 2005 Coldplay perform for the first time and Beyonce will be first time to perform at Glastonbury Festival.

On The Other Stage present Primal Scream, Chemical Brothers, Queens of the Stone Age, Mumford and Sons, Kaiser Chiefs, Eels, The Kills and White Lies.

Glastonbury Festival event takes place in Somerset, Southern England on June 24 - 26.

Glastonbury Festival have been announced full headline for the world's largest greenfield music and performing arts are U2, Coldplay and Beyonce.

U2, Morrissey, Biffy Clyro and B. B. King on June 24; Coldplay, Elbow, Paulo Nutini and Tinie Tempah on June 25; and Beyonce, Pendulum, Plan B and Paul Simon will performon the main Pyramid Stage on 26th June.

Primal Scream and Mumford and Sons headline on June 24; The Chemical Brothers and White Lies on June 25; and Queens of the Stone Age and Kaiser Chiefs will perform on the secondary Other Stageon June 26.

Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis said: "After the disappointment of U2 being unable to play last year, we're now doubly excited at the prospect of the Friday night supergroup breaking the sound barrier."

Glastonbury Festival headline My First Tooth

Glastonbury Festival headline INDIE-folk band My First Tooth perform in this year.Glastonbury Emerging Talent Contest present the Northampton-based act perform to stage on Saturday night.

Singer and guitarist, Ross Witt, said: “It’s fantastic to have a place at Glastonbury; it’s a festival I’ve always wanted to play at. To get down to the final 123 bands was an achievement enough, so this is even better.”

The event held at Pilton Working Men’s Club, near the main festival site.

On the bill include My First Tooth were competing against My Tiger My Timing, Emily And The Woods, Twin Brother, Louise And The Pins, Treetop Flyers, Tristram and J Treole.

Ross said: “At the end of the night, Michael Eavis got on the stage and announced the winner, at the same time saying that all the bands would be playing at the festival.”

Treetop Flyers is winners and will perform on the main stage at the festival in June.

In the festival line-up U2, Coldplay and Beyonce.

Glastonbury Festival returned tickets will go back on sale next month

Glastonbury 2011 Festival canceled for / return ticket resale on Sunday April 17th will kick off at 9am.

Only those already (glastonburyregistration.co.uk on April 8th from) are registered will be able to buy tickets.

Glastonbury Festival haedline U2, Coldplay and Beyonce to confirmed to perform which held at Worth Farm in Pilton on 24th - 26th June.

Glastonbury Festival join Benjamin Franics Leftwich


Glastonbury Festival 2011 join the latest act Benjamin Franics Leftwich to self-confirm at this year.

Virtual Festival growing in an interview with singer songwriter - revealed that he is in Somerset for the party.

When asked what festivals he was performing, he replied: “A couple I think. I think we’re going to do Glastonbury and Bestival and Summer Sundae.”

At the event perform acts include Eels, The Coral, Noisettes, Elbow, Jessie J, Yuck and Jimmy Cliff.

U2, Coldplay and Beyonce will also expected in the Spring.
